Job Description

Primary Care Plus (PCP) pathway which is the direct link between primary and secondary care services and focuses on tele-triage, providing direct advice and support to GPs and directing service users to the pathway that will specifically meet their needs.
The post holder will primarily be responsible for taking telephone calls from patients and booking appointments onto our specialist database. This is a busy and demanding environment.

HOURS OF WORK: Full time 37.5hrs per week (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm)


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will need to enjoy dealing with people, and able to demonstrate excellent patient care. They will work closely with all team members to ensure the efficient completion of all admin duties according to the patient and service need. They will need to be able to work under pressure, follow instructions and complete tasks as scheduled.
