Job Description
- To provide commercial support to the Operations Manager(s) and the Commercial Department on an as and when appropriate basis.
- Allocating hours onto the Exxon CDMS system
- Allocating and updating scopes onto our System
- Inputting jobs onto Exxon CDMS system
- Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain records, spreadsheets and databases
- Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
- Understanding of Client contracts, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Act in a professional manner.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 7.30am-3.30pm.
25 days holiday plus public holidays
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Good communication skills / excellent telephone manner. Ability to work accurately in a busy environment. Ability to multi-task and willing to learn. Flexible attitude to work.
