Job Description

Overseeing the production facility to ensure optimal product quality
Planning and overseeing operations and staff
To set and implement standards, procedures, and processes for the production and packing
Manage the hiring and onboarding process
Work with various departments to ensure final product and packaging meets set specifications.
Stock control and ordering
Prepare and present weekly/monthly reporting to management

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

We are looking for candidates who have experience within a food production environment as a Production Manager Familiar with legislation relating to allergen laws ,cross contamination etc Managed a small team Multi site management would be a plus but not beneficial
