We are looking for a talented Operations Financial Analyst, this role is an exciting opportunity to work closely with Operations team and wider business to provide analysis and insight to support business decisions. It is a varied role with opportunity to learn about what makes our business successful. This person will collaborate on key projects and initiatives to help support and drive Operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and implement operational and productivity KPI reporting metrics
Set up dashboards for monthly performance reviews with management
Measure cost effectiveness of Operational efficiencies
Drive and build process for data gathering, validation and documentation
Support the Operations team to deliver the commercial strategy
Providing innovative and agile solutions to meet Operational requirements
Providing improved visibility of operational capacity
Identify opportunities to optimize costs and performance
Simplification of current reporting and processes
Assist with the budgeting and forecasting cycles
Ad hoc scenario-planning and sensitivity analysis of key performance drivers, including business cases, prescriptive analytics and projects which support the sustainability agenda.

What we offer
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Our core working hours are 09:00 – 17:30, however we offer flexibility.
Based in Wimbledon, South London or Andover, Hampshire with travel to alternative site one day per week.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or qualified by experience. Strong understanding of data modelling and analysis. Excellent relationship building skills, able to engage and collaborate with a variety of people across the Operations team. Exceptional Excel skills are essential. Commercially aware and capable of influencing decisions. Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability An Operational background is desirable. Data driven. You get excited about analyzing data and driving defect reduction, process improvement, and tool enhancements. Natural problem solver. Strong communication and organizational skills. Confident and proactive with the ability to challenge stakeholders. Excellent team player. Self-starter and takes initiative. Has the tenacity to investigate and resolve complex queries. Highly analytical and inquisitive approach with an eye for detail. Has a flexible attitude and is able to respond well to pressure and changing priorities.
