Job Description

You will be required to support adults with Autism, learning disabilities, and behaviours that challenge within a residential service. You will be promoting the independence of residents, supporting them in the community and helping them to live a fulfilled life.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To succeed in this position you will need to be open to shift cover, have at least 6 months experience and / or hold an NVQ L2 / L3 in Health and Social Care. Being able to drive is a bonus.
