Job Description

As our team grows we are looking to bring our external payroll administration in house.

We are looking for someone who is independent with excellent organizational skills.

You must be able to work on your own initiative and have good communication.

You will be expected to produce payroll fully, including furlough claims and dealing with Covid & SSP legislation.

We will provide internal systems training, however expect you to be able to manage the full function of the internal payroll.

This is an office-based role at our Winchester office. We are a growing business group with multiple business departments which will mean you will need to be able to work with the scaling up of employees and manage effectively.

We are looking for someone who is confident and capable of managing this function with an ambition to join the company in a time of rapid growth.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Payroll, experience from start to completion including Auto enrollment and furlough calculations - In-depth General Bookkeeping knowledge - Experienced knowledge and training on Sage - General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office products - Accurate data entry - Understanding of VAT - Reconciliation of internal systems, bank accounts & credit cards. - Producing management accounts where required - Credit control as required - Exceptional Customer Service to deal with client queries by email and telephone
