Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular close contact account management
Responsible for ensuring that all client work is completed as planned and communicate to the client on expected completion and delivery timescales, including any edits
Maintain commercial awareness of time allocation for each job to ensure profit margins are maintained
Taking briefs from clients on new jobs and ensuring that relevant jobs are booked in
Responsible for creating the job bags and ensuring all relevant information on Filemaker is recorded
Check all jobs and client amends before they are sent to the client
Take a proactive approach on chasing work out on proof and any client estimate follow ups
Assist with client and new business research, presentations and proposals
Organizing client meetings
Answering the phones and door
Provide Client Services support on all aspect of administration
Undertake other reasonable tasks as may be requested from time to time
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will:- Have 2/3 years book keeping/accounts experience. Have experience of using Sage, Xero or similar accountancy package. Have a high level of numerical skills. Have the confidence to deal with clients. Have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
