Job Description

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular close contact account management
  • Responsible for ensuring that all client work is completed as planned and communicate to the client on expected completion and delivery timescales, including any edits
  • Maintain commercial awareness of time allocation for each job to ensure profit margins are maintained
  • Taking briefs from clients on new jobs and ensuring that relevant jobs are booked in
  • Responsible for creating the job bags and ensuring all relevant information on Filemaker is recorded
  • Check all jobs and client amends before they are sent to the client
  • Take a proactive approach on chasing work out on proof and any client estimate follow ups
  • Assist with client and new business research, presentations and proposals
  • Organizing client meetings
  • Answering the phones and door
  • Provide Client Services support on all aspect of administration
  • Undertake other reasonable tasks as may be requested from time to time

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will:- Have 2/3 years book keeping/accounts experience. Have experience of using Sage, Xero or similar accountancy package. Have a high level of numerical skills. Have the confidence to deal with clients. Have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
