The Group has seen a significant increase in enquiries for delay resources, from the domestic and international lawyer community, as a result of company’s positive reputation.

This key role offers the opportunity to help shape the focus and direction of the service provision, for either Driver Trett or Diales depending on the seniority, capability and career focus of the successful candidates.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Applications are welcomed from individuals with the following attributes: Eligible to work in the UK, living within commutable distance of Glasgow. Degree qualified in a construction discipline and ideally holding a construction legal qualification. Demonstrable experience of planning construction projects from inception to completion. Demonstrable Knowledge of the SCL delay protocols and practical application of them. Experience of identifying, bidding and securing delay analysis fee earning work. The suitable candidate will have the full support of a leading global consultancy, whilst receiving a comprehensive remuneration package including bonuses.
