• Experienced working across Large Construction/Fabrication Projects across the UK.
• Comfortable taking projects from Concept to Completion, working seamlessly with all other internal departments and external Contractors involved, confident in communicating clear instructions to diverse teams.
• A confident Leader with the ability to motivate large teams toward personal and business goals.
• Focused on maintaining HSE Standards at every turn, ensuring Projects are completed safely.
• Able to review all aspects of Projects throughout, ensuring Progammes are completed to Spec/Budget/Timescale while maintaining Client satisfaction.
• Manage the day-to-day running of projects, ensuring business targets are met.
