Job Description
  • Daily customer delivery schedule, liaising with customers, creating relevant paperwork
  • Input daily/weekly production figures, run reports for managers
  • Purchase order processing, receipting of goods
  • Dealing with customer/suppliers
  • Accurate stock control – daily & weekly stock checks & reconciliation
  • Material requirements for factory, issue materials
  • Run reports on IT System
  • Update Factory Notice Boards as required
  • Daily contact with production, warehouse colleagues
  • Any other ad hoc administration duties as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
What you need to succeed : At least 2 years’ experience gained within a similar role/industry. Experience of managing and developing relationships internal and external customers. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced & high-volume manufacturing environment. Knowledge/experience of continuous improvement initiatives. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to react quickly and adapt to change on a daily basis. Good organization skills. Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
