Job Description
- Working with stakeholders across impacted businesses to lead the delivery of LIBOR transition activities, providing input and oversight to regulatory requests for information
- Maintaining the three lines of defence execution risk framework to ensure programme is executed in accordance with change standards and programme execution risk
- Controlling the overall programme plan, scope and budget, whilst ensuring execution is interlocked across workstreams
- Ensuring that governance is adequate to ensure risks and issues are identified and escalated to resolution effectively
- Providing support to the PMO Lead in providing these services, and will focus on key aspects of governance e.g. reporting, planning, risk management
- Safeguarding effective change control processes, ensuring the business case is updated and managed through appropriate governance
- Supporting in assessing the risks from the change, tracking of thematic issues, early identification & management of RAIDs; completing a Change Risk Impact Assessment
- Using your experience and insight to help challenge efficiency, to maintain a focus on delivering outcomes, and to predict potential blockers
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
What we’re looking for: Large scale project management/ PMO and governance experience. Ability to master and navigate new subject domains quickly. Strong analytical skills, such as Database/ Data Modelling experience (MS Access, SQL, Excel Pivots). Proven Knowledge of investment banking products (Bonds, Derivatives, Repos, Securitized Products) would be highly desirable. Technical or business academic credentials preferred. Professional qualifications (e.g. CFA, FRM or Project Management methodology). Experience of Programme Manager Tools (e.g. HP Clarity).
