Job Description
- Working with stakeholders across impacted businesses to lead the delivery of LIBOR transition activities
- Front to back coordination and management of activity including: Books & Records amendments, communication, defining training requirements and Legal amendments
- Responsible for Governance and oversight, providing the framework for implementation, working with stakeholders to establish/support a governance forum that is fit for purpose
- Ensuring that planned outputs deliver to the agreed outcomes and that the outcomes remain relevant; course correcting where required to ensure the programme delivers
- Providing and regularly reviewing an honest, transparent assessment of the project status and RAID (risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies) completing a Change Risk Impact Assessment (CRIA) where required
- Quantifying the impact of technology changes on customers and colleagues, informing communications on the changes and related business readiness activity.
- Demonstrating systems thinking, helping to find issues early that might not otherwise be considered.
- Leading the design process, resolve design issues and contradictory requirements; ensuring ‘traceability’ (that value is added to the business area investing in the change)
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
What we’re looking for: Large scale Project Management and Governance experience. Ability to master and navigate new subject domains quickly. Exceptional analytical skills, gained through your previous experience of working in both project management and business analyst roles. Experience of working with stakeholders in: Investment Banking FO, Treasury, Legal or Compliance. Technical or business academic credentials preferred. Professional qualifications (e.g. CFA, FRM or Project Management methodology). Data Modelling experience (SQL, Excel Pivots). Knowledge of investment banking products (Bonds, Derivatives, Repos, Securitized Products) would be highly beneficial.
