My client, a large Insurance organization based in Glasgow is looking for a Finance Business Analyst on an initial 6-month contract.
The position will support the review and re-design of finance and accounting business processes in response to the changes in technology and completing the analysis to support and guide process changes.
Preferably, experience of finance reconciliations in either a project delivery capacity or Finance Operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record working in a complex business change environment.
Experience of working with large scale systems replacements, particularly ERP systems.
The ability to break down complexity, visualise it with simplicity and create clear outputs be used in future decisions.
Experience of modelling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience within Healthcare Insurance or Financial Services preferred. Understanding of delivering large IT Programmes in a multi-region / cross-functional stakeholder environment. Ability to communicate at all levels and provide information to a diverse stakeholder group.
