Job Description

My client, a large Insurance organization based in Glasgow is looking for a Finance Business Analyst on an initial 6-month contract.
The position will support the review and re-design of finance and accounting business processes in response to the changes in technology and completing the analysis to support and guide process changes.

• Preferably, experience of finance reconciliations in either a project delivery capacity or Finance Operations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record working in a complex business change environment.

• Experience of working with large scale systems replacements, particularly ERP systems.
• The ability to break down complexity, visualise it with simplicity and create clear outputs be used in future decisions.

• Experience of modelling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience within Healthcare Insurance or Financial Services preferred. Understanding of delivering large IT Programmes in a multi-region / cross-functional stakeholder environment. Ability to communicate at all levels and provide information to a diverse stakeholder group.
