Job Description

As Finance Manager, reporting to the Director of Finance and Corporate Support, you will lead the finance team through a transitional period, strengthening our client's internal processes with the implementation of a new finance and payroll system. As well as this, you will be responsible for leading improvements in the day to day running of the charity's finance function.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

We are looking to speak with part qualified, high caliber, self-motivated candidates who hold at least 3 years' experience within a similar role. With strong communication and influencing skills you will have a proven track record in leading and motivating a finance team with the ability to produce financial reports to a range of audiences. We're seeking people who bring humor, kindness and a pragmatic approach. Level of qualification
