We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Purchasing Team in our expanding head office.
· Contacting suppliers to discuss new products which enter the market.
· Negotiation with suppliers to obtain the best price/ return on the purchase order.
· To investigate and search for missing stock/costs from our online marketplaces.
· Input information to a database/software package.
· Document incoming email invoices and liaise with account’s team.
· Communicate with purchasing team with essential and urgent information received from outsources.
· Incoming/outgoing telephone calls when necessary.
· Research/source companies for the progression of profits/sales within GHSL Ltd.
· Provide a full range of administrative and clerical services to support the purchasing team.
· Scanning documents to office system.
