Job Description

The role will involve reception duties for the riding Centre, updating information on horses, animals and clients. Updating social media, our website, managing our booking systems, answering calls and answering emails. The successful candidate will ideally have experience in an administrative role and ideally some experience with animals or horses but not compulsory.

Administrative Duties:

  • Carrying out requests from management as needed
  • Answering emails and sorting post
  • Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
  • Managing website functions and social media
  • Greeting and welcoming visitors

Financial Duties:

  • Processing payments
  • Billing
  • Purchasing

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience: Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
