You’ll be responsible for overseeing the general administration required for the department, a combination of shipment and non-shipment related activities for retail exports and perishable imports.
You’ll oversee others whilst they’re using systems to make sure all administrative tasks are completed quickly and efficiently. These tasks could include invoicing, month end administration, report running, and the inception and completion of shipments.
It’s vital that these tasks are carried out effectively, supporting an efficient and accurate month end close and set of monthly reports for accounts, customers and internal use.
