In your case, an important focus will be supporting the senior administrator and management team by providing them operational support, and you’ll carryout & manage all administrative tasks asked of you. Covering initial enquiries, organizing referrals and assessments and building positive long-term relationships with funders is a key (important) area of responsibility and you’ll respond to questions about our residential services, and wider Phoenix Scotland services. Promoting the service to key stakeholders across the UK, through devising newsletters, delivering verbal presentations, updating social media platforms and assisting with updating promotional literature.
You will also be responsible for supporting residents with their finances and helping them to claim any benefits they are entitled to.
