Job Description

You’re an established Office Manager/ Senior Administrator with experience in managing a busy office environment and working closely with the management team to keep the office running smoothly.
You’ve worked within a busy administration function, proven yourself to be a strong communicator by working with stakeholders on multiple levels and had experience within the construction/facilities management industry.
You’re driven by values, you’re energetic and motivated, and are looking for a development role where the business will facilitate further career and personal growth.
If you can:

  • Support senior management in the day to day running of a busy office.
  • Be proactive in organizing team and prioritizing responsibility.
  • Take charge of company payroll and purchase ledgers.
  • Ensuring VAT and month CIS returns are done.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Competent Microsoft Office packages and SAGE 50. Influential toward all levels of management. Motivated to manage and deal with enquiries effectively. Experienced in office management and payroll
