We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced office manager to joint our team. Reporting to the group accountant you will be responsible for running an efficient office within a fast-paced office environment.
Duties:
Full purchase ledger function, process in sage, supplier queries, create payment lists
Sales ledger back up
Prepare and process weekly payroll including statutory & PAYE requirements
Bank reconciliations
Control of online banking payments and receipts- processing of payments
Month end routine- prepayments & Accruals- processing journals
General office duties & admin, answer telephone, deal with visitors, contractors
Purchase ordering
Other duties as reasonably requested by senior managers / directors

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A bit of an all-rounder who can lend a hand to the smooth daily running of the office. Fantastic communication and influencing skills. Attention to detail and strong administrative skills. Excellent time management skills and high levels of initiative. Ability to present yourself in a professional manner. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a busy team. A financial accreditation or proven proficiency in accounting software. Experience: Sage: 3 years (Preferred)
