In a customer first environment you will be achieving sales targets and will be provided with training to support your knowledge of the products available which will include product specifications, finance packages, and accessories. You will work closely with customers to offer tailored options to meet their individual needs.
Daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to generating and nurturing leads, closing sales, ensuring product is ordered and stock replenished. Maintaining a presentable show site, and keeping accurate records daily to ensure industry compliancy. You will build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers and carry out site visits site both remotely or without contact. You will liaise closely with members of the sales and operations team to ensure that all projects are progressing as they should, ensuring that the customer is kept up to date with their order both prior to delivery and following completion.
Our cloud base CRM systems ensure that accurate records of work are carried out and deliveries are recorded. It is imperative that all documentation is submitted to the operations team following each sale to ensure that as a team we continue to provide the best service to our customers.
The successful candidate will work 5 days a week, including weekends, and will have two consecutive week days off, and will be required to be flexible.
£18,000 - £30,000 salary is based on a yearly OTE average for the right candidate and is uncapped.
