General duties of the customer service advisor/administrator is as follows but not limited to-
Dealing with and recording issues raised at site and across all clients sites throughout the country.
Gathering and logging information on the client's reporting system which is sent to the appropriate individual/company to act upon.
The customer service advisor/administrator needs to have clear and concise communication skills to be able to liaise with people at all levels including senior management to contractors.
