As a Customer Service Advisor, my client will provide you a specifically designed training programme and ongoing support in your new role to enable you to succeed and achieve all your goals. Contact Centre experience is not essential, although preferred as full training will be provided.
To be able to fulfil the working hours you will need to be flexible to work 40 hours a week across various shift patterns between 8am – 8pm Monday – Sunday.
