Job Description

They work a lot with the German market and are looking for a German-speaking customer care advisor to work, Monday to Friday from 8.30am – 4.30pm

What will the job involve?

  • Taking customer queries by phone and email
  • Sorting out their problems – typical problems could be a missing order, or a refund not being returned to the customer yet etc.
  • Dealing with UK and US customers also
  • Providing a first-class experience to customers in Germany, the UK and the US

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • No

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
C1 or native level German. An interest in customer service. Ideally experience in customer service. A driving license would be preferable due to the location but not essential. Language: German (Preferred).
