We are currently searching for a natural leader who has strong commerciality and retail flair to drive the customer experience, product, and web turnover.

• Own and grow ecommerce performance globally.
• Hands on full involvement in the daily trading and merchandising of the sites.
• Capability to lead improvements, eager to review and implement.
• Continually develop the ‘Customer Experience’ always looking at the business with a fresh pair of eyes.
• Analytical and commercial awareness is key reviewing conversions, formats and reviewing performance data and analytics with key stakeholders and teams.
• Innovatively reviewing product placement and features – add on sales and interesting content.
• Inspiring leader with a keen interest in developing and coaching team development in a dynamic driven environment.
• Ethical with positive values.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge and exposure to Shopify platform. Fluent user of google analytics. Led the customer experience through user testing. Career experience from an ecommerce retailer. International ecommerce experience is beneficial but not essential. Email marketing campaigns. Strong web trading ability. High degree of commercial awareness. Strategic thinker. An interest and passion for outdoor pursuits/activities is an essential requirement for this role.
