Job Description

The role will include the following responsibilities:

  • Market research
  • Generating new leads
  • Making calls to potential customers
  • Visiting potential clients

You will have guidance and training from our marketing and estimating team!

Salary dependent on age and experience however, commission pay will also be offered for good performance.

  • Monday to Friday

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies
  • Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognized and maintained
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Candidates with the following skillset would be preferred: A clean driving license with possession of own vehicle. Confident personality. Computer literate (Microsoft packages). A team player.
