Job Description

· Taking calls and enquiries from customers B2B

· Understanding customer needs/requirements

· Processing orders

· Giving updates on orders

· Technical advice on products

· Liaising with distributors and suppliers

· Outbound calling dormant accounts to regain spending

· Maintaining relationships with new and existing customers over the phone

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Positive, enthusiastic & pro-active attitude. A real people person with excellent customer service skills. Previous sales experience within an industrial/technical environment. Ability to communicate effectively. Good IT skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft office. Good understanding of industrial products desirable. Experience: Technical Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
