Communicating and collaborating across suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of first class events.
Conducting show around.
Managing leads.
Coordinating all event logistics prior to and during key client events.
Meeting sales and event booking targets.
Defining and developing brand initiatives.
Liaising with our internal teams to research and initiate innovative ideas to elevate the brand.
Actively identifying marketing and promotional opportunities.
Managing the marketing and social media accounts.
Occasionally conduct proactive sales, targeting UK businesses with a view to promote and pro-actively sell venue event services.
Generate new business leads.
Help organize, plan and manage site visits and FAM trips.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will: Be a key member of the Sales & Event Operations Team - building effective relationships with customers (personal and corporate) by delivering best-in-class customer experiences. In order to be considered for the role, you will need: Experience in a similar events management role (+3 years). Background working within the hospitality sector. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with IT systems. Customer focused and flexible. Proven ability to respond positively to a pressurized environment and adopt a positive approach to problem solving. Excellent analytical/problem solving skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. A sales driven individual with an outgoing, bubbly and positive personality. Highly motivated to meet and exceed targets, with a cheerful disposition. A self-starter with strong time management and multitasking skills. Experience: Event Management: 2 years (Preferred)
