Job Description

The Apprentice will support our young and growing company by acting as key point of contact for new customers, explaining the company’s services, identifying relevant services for the customer and successfully selling service packages.

In addition to this key focus, the suitable candidate will support and eventually lead various marketing activities to bring the services to new customers and channel partners.

Key Duties and Responsibilities (Including but not necessarily limited to):

Sales and Customer Support:

· Responding to incoming calls from customers

· Making calls to new customer leads

· Proving detailed explanation to customers regarding the various services the company offers

· Selling the company’s services

· Providing support internally and to customers in preparing administrative regulatory applications to secure the services for customers

Marketing Administration

· Create Marketing collateral for the company

· Preparation presentation and proposal templates

· Website (and other forms of marketing) administration

· Identification of potential prospect customers

Any other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
