Job Description

A customer service professional is required for this complicated 1st line support job. You will be supporting internal and external customers with a range of software packages. This role will require keen problem-solving skills as well as the ability to represent the business in a professional fashion.
The job will include:

  • Acting as first line support for issues and general queries. Your primary contact will be via telephone.
  • Logging and updating activities to ensure that targets are being exceeded.
  • Escalating issues to technical support to management as appropriate
  • Providing internal staff with support.
