Job Description

You will be working closely with the Head of Ecommerce to set targets and agree priorities and build strategies to best optimize customer demand and marketing activity. You will become a key part of the development of our customer experience and work closely with the Digital product owner on priorities and timelines to enhance the customer experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience of working in an ecommerce business. Experience of working with different marketplaces. Demonstrate collaborative working to agree SLAs and achieve targets. Data driven, with an understanding social reporting platforms and Google Analytics. Competitive, driven, self-starter with strong networking and communication skills. Experience of copywriting. Experience of working in a b2b and b2c environment.
