This is a fantastic opportunity with an individual with some previous experience & a keen interest in Product Management who is looking to build their skills within a fast-paced, agile business.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Assist the Digital Product Manager (Key Customer Journeys) with the execution of their product roadmap.
• Assist the Digital Product Manager with the mapping of existing and new customer journeys.
• Manage the product roadmap for Bingo Buddy and electronic bingo touchpad (EBT) developments.
• Represent the Digital Customer Experience team in new, Omni-channel projects.
• Brief the CRO team on A/B tests and use third-party tools (Userzoom, Google Analytics and Hotjar) to support decision making and challenge assumptions on a regular basis.
• Work closely with relevant business owners to ensure requirements and user stories are gathered for upcoming development items.
• Meet regularly with the other Digital Product Managers and business owners to discuss ways to improve customer journeys and experience across Buzz Bingo’s digital products.
• Analyze market trends and performance in order to avail informed recommendations for the product.
• Monitor competitor activity and update the business of any additions of new features and functionality that would be advantageous for us to implement.
• Develop product stories and acceptance criteria enhancements and changes you make to the product.
• Support the Product Delivery Manager with the test and release of your enhancements and change requests.
• Keep up to date with the latest technology trends and think of ways your product areas can benefit from any new technology developments and innovations.
• Measure the success of new changes and report back to the Product Team to encourage shared learnings.
• Where required, brief new changes to the UX/UI team and ensure the final version has been validated (in Userzoom).
• Ensure any of your items being taken for Refinement have all requirements (functional, non-functional, UX/UI and QA) ready.
• Attend daily stand ups with the Portal development team when needed and liaise between the development team and business owners to answer questions and/or provided extra information.
• Attend the stand ups with us when required and work with the IT team on managing the priority of the company development backlog.
• When required, manage necessary changes through the Rapid Assessment process.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Previous Product Management experience – in particular you will need to have experience or knowledge of mapping customer journeys, writing user stories and building & managing a product roadmap. Experience of working with development teams within an Agile environment. Ability to effectively manage stakeholders across all levels in the business. Analytical and methodical mindset with excellent attention to detail. Skilled multi-tasker with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time. Positive mindset; able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Motivated & passionate about Product Management with the ability to take the initiative. Experience within the iGaming or Gambling industry would be helpful but not essential.
