Job Description

We are looking to hire a Business Sales Consultant to take charge of this contract and engage with businesses that fall within them areas to enable them to put their own staff onto each programme. Full training is provided for the position but please only apply if you are comfortable making cold outbound calls.

Duties:

• Building effective relationships which will contribute to the company’s success through the deliverance of exceptional customer service.
• A background in sales or selling training courses is desirable
• Understanding the customer’s needs, in order to sell the right products which will benefit themselves.
• A fast paced, target driven environment working towards KPI’s.
• Ensuring up to date product knowledge to adhere to customer expectations and queries.
• Possess a positive attitude to working as part of a team and on your own initiative.
• Motivated to achieve targets and goals, possess a 'can-do' attitude, and have an open-mind to learn from the best in the business.
• Experience in working towards sales targets
• Meeting with clients to develop and maintain relationships
• Generating new leads
• Be familiar with social media platforms to market our products/produce adverts to generate awareness of our service offerings
