Job Description
  • Receiving, understanding and addressing transfer queries. This may be answering questions or escalating as appropriate to other members of the team.
  • Delivery against agreed SLAs.
  • Compiling reporting information, and resolving issues as they arise in a professional, accurate and timely manner.
  • Understanding when specialist input, further approval, or escalation to others is required.
  • On-going contribution to transfer process improvement

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience of working in pension’s administration with an understanding of how pension transfers work. Computer literate and ability to develop and deliver oral and written communications, which convey complex information in a simple, easily understandable manner. Ability to multi-task and consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional manner. Highly organized with the ability to manage your workflow on a daily basis to achieve SLAs. Ability to priorities and meet demanding deadlines and timescales and assist in identifying and implementing process improvement. Good customer focus and ability to handle problems correctly, maintaining good relationships with colleagues, customers and third parties at all times.
