Job Description
You will be responsible for negotiating with potential purchasers throughout the house purchase process. You will be required to work 35 hours per week, Thursday to Monday. The role requires weekend and Bank Holiday working, therefore you must be flexible.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate must have previous experience in the field of private house sales including achieving sales targets. Own transport and full driving license is essential.The successful candidate should be enthusiastic about sales, possessing the ability to combine strong organization and communication skills; you will also be confident and self-motivated, along with the ability to deliver high levels of customer service. You should have a ‘can do’ approach and able to work independently as well as in a team. Attention to detail and accuracy is key to this role.
