- Cisco Collaboration technologies
- Knowledge of Cisco UCCE (Unified Contact Centre Enterprise) v
- Knowledge and experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager
- Knowledge of configuration of call flows within a Cisco UCCE environment
- Knowledge of correctly licensing a Cisco UCCE environment.
- Knowledge and experience with ISDN and SIP (including voice gateways)
- Knowledge and experience with Cisco CUBE, Cisco 2900, 4300 series hardware (including FXO/FXS line cards)
- Knowledge and experience with Cisco UCS C series hardware (to support deployment of UCCE)
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows Server, SQL and Active Directory (to support deployment of UCCE)
- Knowledge and experience with VMWare ESXi (to support deployment of UCCE)
- Knowledge and experience of installing server hardware and attaching to a network connection (physically and logically).
You will be a highly motivated and proactive individual with a good amount of experience with Cisco Collaboration technologies and Telephony in general.
