Job Description
- Full responsibilty for month end close process for the division
- Producing monthly pack for management in a timely and accurate manner
- Deliver insightful analysis and commentary on performance to a range of stakeholders
- Ownership of the P&L and balance sheet
- Automating reporting to ensure quality reporting and MI is provided in a timely manner
- Budget preparation & reporting
- Working with divisional stake holders to stay close to revenue performance and ensure cost controls versus budget
- Driving process improvements throughout the business
- Take on ad hoc commercial projects with the Commercial Director
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Min 1-2 years post qualified experience in management accounts/reporting
- Full management accounts preparation experience in a fast paced experience
- Digital media experience advantageous but not required
- Monthly reporting pack creation experience
- Demonstrable experience in improving processes and efficiencies
- Strong communicator comfortable working with a range of different stakeholders
- Able to work at pace and use initiative to drive your own projects
