Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced bookkeeper/ office manager to join our team:

· Salary - £25 - £27 pro rata, dependent on experience

· 30 hrs. a week

· Start mid-April

· Purchase invoices

· Reconciliation

· Rebates

· Daily cashing up / banking

· Oversee branch banking

· S/A invoices

· Postage / franking

· Manage admin team (2 employees)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· AAT qualification level 3 or above. 2 years or more Bookkeeping experience. Knowledge and passion for cloud based accounting packages , ideally Xero. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Organized and methodical. Client focused. Strong IT skills including Word, Outlook and Excel, to an intermediate level, for the production of letters and spreadsheets. Carry out tasks with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy. Ability to manage own time. Ability to work to deadlines and handle conflicting priorities. Ability to work under own initiative. Ability to keep calm under pressure. Good numeracy skills and an aptitude for working with numbers. Experience: bookkeeping: 2 years (Required).
