Job Description

As an Accountant, you will have a love for numbers combined with a strong business sense. Putting people first is key for this role: communication, trust, collaborative work will be as relevant as any consultancy or financial experience.

You will be working in an international environment and create presentations, KPI's and monthly analysis that will support our founders/shareholders' decisions all over the world, to ensure business sustainability.

Knowledge of Transfer Pricing, UK GAAP and IFRS will be valued, as you will be working with accountants from multiple locations across the globe for Year-End closing.

It will be valued if you have experience in Audit, Tax or Consultancy and also working with international groups.

Occasional travel to our other offices when required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Detailed and outstretch view on data and its impact; Data analysis: revenue, costs, expenses, trends/forecasting. Budget and Forecasts for the various entities of the group; Variance Analysis. Monitor and evaluate the main management indicators of the various group entities, with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement; Develop financial control models to support the Business. Accruals and Prepayments. Month End Reporting. Balance Sheet Reconciliations. Collaborate with external audit companies in order to guarantee support for the Financial Statements of the various entities of the group. Preparation of financial information for external sources such as banks, HMRC and other stakeholders. A team player and not being afraid to get stuck in with transactional work or other ad hoc requirements. Problem-solving skills. Flexible and easily adapts to change. Being self-driven and working with little supervision towards a common team and company purpose; Accuracy and an eye for detail. ACCA/ACA qualified or finalist or qualified by experience. Payroll experience would be advantageous as well as experience in submitting VAT returns and EC sales lists. Knowledge of Group accounting. Dealing with multiple currencies and experience in accounting for foreign exchange gains and losses. Knowledge of QuickBooks.
