Competencies
- Working with members of the cross functional Site Operational team to deliver the financial commitments of the factory, by influencing and challenging the activities of the site
- Analysis of the Financial performance, enabling clear explanation and demonstration of target setting to the Supply chain management, (DAS Cluster Controller, Site Director, Regional FD).
- Management of multiple concurrent priorities, projects and issues
- Ensure a balance of time is spent on strategy as well as firefighting or day to day tasks
- Maintaining effective communication to all parties
- Ensure time taken for new innovative\entrepreneurial approaches to maximise opportunities
- Develop constructive but challenging relationships with key contacts
- Ensure always up to date with new technologies and their potential application

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Educated to Degree level or similar. A Part Qualified/Qualified Accountant (preferably CIMA; possibly ACCA) possessing experience in an FMCG or similarly high-volume manufacturing organization. Experience\working knowledge of key manufacturing topics: Material and Manufacturing Variances, Fixed Costs reviews etc., labor analysis. Proven experience of leading a project team. Strong IT skills, covering SAP and Excel. Knowledge and understanding of the manufacturing process
