Reconcile all aspects of Xero purchase and sales, for 5 companies and 35 employees
Set up and manage supplier accounts
Ensure supplier accounts, prices and invoices are accurate, ensuring value for money etc.
Prepare annual company accounts for 5 companies for chartered accountant to file
Make supplier/HMRC payments
Deal with all HMRC and VAT returns and queries
Report management figures to the management team
Assist with Management of pension scheme & Payroll (training provided if required).
Liaise with various other departments, to ensure smooth running of the business.
Working hours 9am – 5pm
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
AAT or equivalent qualified. Xero experience is essential. Good numeracy skills. Strong attention to detail. Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word. Ability to balance a busy workload. Ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work on own initiative.
