The role will involve providing administrative support to several specialist and management roles across the business.
Responsibilities will include;
Support the Resource Coordinator, ensuring learner timetables are prepared each week and any new staff/students are inputted on to the timetable system.
Support data analysis of undeployed sessions
Support the Business Administration Manager in providing a reception service by welcoming and greeting contractors and visitors.
To answer and direct telephone calls including taking and passing on messages to the relevant staff.
Undertake general administration duties such as filing and photocopying.
Work in conjunction with Learning Managers to coordinate staff availability and maintain great attendance of learners.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
At least 1 year's experience of working within an office environment or administrative role. Experience of working within a children and young people's sector and/or an educational setting ( ideal, not essential). ICT Literate: Including use of Microsoft Office, Google and competent at using the internet. Highly organized, efficient and accurate. Excellent verbal communication skills with a good telephone manner. Able to manage own workload, priorities, plan ahead and show initiative. Must hold a UK Driving License and have access to a road-worthy vehicle. Understand the importance of adhering to the organization’s policies, procedures and practices. Able to relate well to staff, children and young people and visitors. Be driven to provide positive outcomes to children, young people and vulnerable adults.
