A Long established, independent carpet & furniture retailer situated in Nottingham require an extremely versatile individual who is able to cover a range of tasks -
Responsible for inbound sales queries
Dealing with customer’s general queries, both by phone & e-mail
Processing new orders and inputting these onto the internal system and producing purchase orders.
Maintaining product base on internal system, ensuring all information is up to date – full training will be given for using our in house software
Liaising with suppliers, checking progress of customer’s orders and answering any queries suppliers may have with purchase orders you have produced
Producing professional correspondence to both customers and suppliers
Responsible for arranging delivery dates with customers
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful applicant must possess a confident and assured telephone manner. They must have strong numeracy and literacy skills and be able to conduct themselves in a highly professional manner. A keen eye for detail is required and the ability to adapt to a variety of situations.
