Job Description

The job purpose is to take Masonry orders from clients and process Masonry orders from Funeral homes, offer information and advice on Masonry to Funeral colleagues and clients ensuring the highest standards of service excellence. Complete all administration accurately, inputting relevant information on to the computer system, completing paperwork to cemeteries and crematoria. Ensure accurate and timely information is given to Production colleagues to enable the fixing of memorials, or the removal of headstones for burial. Assist with administration returns at Business Support Centre. Any relevant duties as requested.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will be computer literate and have a full driving license. Will have good communication skills, ensuring that accurate information is given and received. They need to be able to work on their own initiative, but be a fully co-operative and supportive team member. Must be flexible in their approach to covering colleagues. A compassionate manner is essential in carrying out duties in keeping with the Funeral profession. It is desirable yet not essential to have a funeral or masonry background, but full training will be given.
