The team you’ll join…

This role reports into our Chief Information Security Officer and is supported by a small team of Information Governance administrators. The Information Governance team is part of the wider Group Security function, a dynamic highly motivated team committed to ensuring that EMIS Group is organisationally and technically secure in a fast evolving environment with substantial critical assets, systems and patient data to protect in multiple locations and geographies.

What you’ll bring…

• Experience of leading data management and governance teams
• Expert knowledge of Information Governance and/or Data Governance and knowledge of main frameworks, policies, regulations, tools and technologies in this space
• Data Protection or GDPR Qualifications (academic and/or professional) would be highly desirable
• Experience of managing high volume and high demand requests and queries
• Demonstrable experience of building successful working relationships relationships and strong stakeholder management skills
