We are looking for an addition to our Office Team, initially as a one-year fixed term contract to cover an internal secondment, but with a view to the role becoming permanent.
The successful candidate’s primary role will be the first point of contact for visitors to the school, answering the telephone and following up enquiries as appropriate. You will be responsible for providing a high standard of administrative support, including pupil data and school communications to assist in the smooth running of all school activities, including school visits.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will undertake cash collection duties including the recording of all monies received and balanced, resolving any routine anomalies. You will also prepare and process orders resolving any routine issues that arises to ensure that stock levels are maintained and effectively maintain electronic and manual records. Applicants must have excellent communication skills and a professional, but friendly emeanour. Candidates should have the ability to work under pressure and use your own initiative, along with a positive approach, patience and sense of humor!
