We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join our client within their Finance Team. This role holds many responsibilities essential to the effective running of both the finance department and the business as a whole. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will undertake all responsibilities in support of the Financial Director with a key focus on maintaining accurate financial records whilst adhering to strict processes and procedures. Key duties will include:
Purchase & Sales order processing – multi currency - international
Daily postings / reconciliations of multi-currency bank / cash accounts.
Adhering to strict QMS guidelines, ensuring only duly authorized Supplier / Customer / Products are used.
Maintaining the company’s annual Health Insurance scheme for employees.
Liaising with external auditors and providing all necessary records when required in a timely and efficient manner.
Adhoc duties including but not limited to, office support functions such as ordering stationery/office supplies and booking team events.
It is expected that the successful candidate will have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
