This is development role and duties will evolve over time. Initial duties will include:
Management of both debtors and creditors ledger
Credit Control
Weekly payroll
Assisting the FC with P&L analysis and reporting
Bank reconciliation
Balance sheet reconciliations
Staff management
Assisting with process improvement and ad hoc projects
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Qualified by experience/AAT qualified/Part qualified CIMA Goof working knowledge of ledgers Previous experience of processing Payroll and Sage 50 Payroll Experience of P&L reports and be familiar with balance sheets Strong Excel skills: Vlookups, pivot tables, sumifs etc. Possess a strong work ethic and be willing to take on additional duties as the role develops Have an eye for process improvement Experience within manufacturing would be beneficial but not essential
