Our client is at an exciting stage of growth in developing their ecommerce department and is looking for an ecommerce Administrator. They are building a new team of talented individuals to join this industry recognized global retailer.
Working within a busy department, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of our ecommerce department and delivering a high level of service to our customers.
This is an ideal opportunity for a driven and capable individual with excellent attention to detail and data processing skills. The role is fast paced so an ability to work accurately, at speed, is essential.
Supporting the team with claims processing, duties and responsibilities will include:
· 6 month fixed term contract to aid the ecommerce Fulfilment Team with Carrier claims processing
· Carrier claims are required when parcels are lost or damaged in transit by a carrier (Delivery Company) and financial reimbursement is required.
· This role will involve submitting claims to each of our carrier partners, each with a different claims process.
· Role also works closely with Customer Services (CS), as CS are the first point of contact for customer-carrier escalations.
