Job Description
This role is largely geared to the project management space, and as such it would be preferential to have experience working alongside project managers. You will be supporting on a project which is geared to reviewing and enhancing policy processes within the business. You must have exceptional organization skills and the ability to multi task and meet deadlines. Interviews will be held on Thursday 4th and Friday 5th February.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
PMO experience within the private sector. Experience working with key stakeholders and members of the senior management team. Experience working in a fast paced environment. Strong PA background carrying out duties including; sending meeting invites, taking minutes, actioning minutes, booking meeting rooms, chasing stakeholders, creating board packs, creating PowerPoint slides. Experience building solid commercial relationships with members of senior management. Some exposure to working on projects preferential. Able to build excellent relationships with colleagues and challenging stakeholders. Comfortable working in a fast paced and demanding environment. A keen eye for detail and able to provide information that is 100% accurate. Comfortable working at senior stakeholder level within the private sector. Excellent team player!.
